Ordering
Orders for instructional materials may be placed several ways. Please indicate on your order if viewing the Web site influenced your decision to purchase.- Mail
To place an order by mail, print the order form from the online catalog, fill in the necessary information, and mail to Information Technology and Communication Services, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, 1917 South Wright Steet, Champaign, IL 61820 USA. Shipment is by United Parcel Service or US mail. Orders paid by check must be drawn upon a United States bank and payable in United States dollars. All orders from outside the United States must be prepaid. All prepaid orders should include shipping charges, as indicated by the shipping chart on the order form. Other orders will be invoiced at time of shipment; payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
